Lemda Toys Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lemda Toys, we know how excited your little ones are to receive their new toys. That’s why our team works diligently to pack and ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Please review our shipping policies below. If you have any further questions, our parent-support team is always ready to help!

1. Order Processing Times

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and US federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Notification: You will receive a separate notification email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
  • High Volume: During peak holiday seasons or major sales events, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will communicate any significant delays directly on our website.

2. US Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer simple, flat-rate shipping options across the United States, including a free shipping tier for our Lemda families.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days):
    • Orders under $50.00: $5.99 flat rate
    • Orders $50.00 and over: FREE
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): All order values: $9.99 flat rate
  • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination zip code.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather or carrier-specific issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in these rare instances.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for standard delivery.
  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses! Please note that expedited and priority shipping options are not available for these destinations.
  • International Shipping: At this time, Lemda Toys is focused exclusively on the US market. We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update with the carrier's initial scan.

You can also track your package at any time by visiting our Contact page and entering your order number and email address.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We want every Lemda Toys delivery to arrive in perfect condition.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lemdatech.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to send a replacement.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan packages early). If it still hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors. If your package is still missing, contact us immediately so we can launch an investigation with the carrier.
